Site Content: Create it Fast or Create it Well?

One of the big problems for site owners is writer's blog. Howdo you continue to produce great content day after day for your site?Here are some techniques that have worked really well for me.

1. Pick a topic that you find interesting

Thereare many online gurus that will constantly point out how much money youcan get from Adsense by creating content around some high payingkeywords. If you don't have a background in the area and you don't havethe interest to go out and learn, you won't make a lot of money.Research will be a chore, writing about your topic will be a chore, andpretty soon, you'll give up.

2. Try using a blog

The coolthing about blogs is that a post can be any length. Of course, youdon't want to waste people's time by putting up posts that are tooshort on a regular basis. But, if you have a nice tip that can beexplored in a paragraph or two, go ahead and post it. Your readers willappreciate your brevity.

3. Keep excellent notes

I alwaysjot down notes in my favorite notebook or in a word document. Over timeI will build up a long list of topics that I want to explore. When yourun out of ideas, just pick a few and start writing.

4. Go over old topics

Repetitionis the master of skill. Look through your blog archives or go throughyour old articles. Find a topic or a posting that you an update and usethat as the basis for a new article.

5. Get inspired

Goodwriters are good readers. Take some time away from your website and goread a few blogs, some information from your competitors or even thenews headlines. As you start taking in all the information you willcome up with other ideas for more content for your website.

These are just a few of the tips that I use when I start having writer' block.
